Return & Exchange Policy

  • Only Size Exchange within 72 hours of delivery is allowed.
  • No Returns & No Refunds will be issued for any reason other than a defective item.
  • In case of a defective item, a product replacement will be provided after verification.

How to Request Exchange / Replacement


Important Guidelines

  • Only size exchange requests made within 72 hours from the date of delivery will be accepted.
  • The product must have its original tag intact, be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Damaged packaging or tampered seals should not be accepted at the time of delivery.
  • The customer must pack the item securely for pickup.
  • All returned items undergo a quality check. Once approved, the replacement process will be initiated.

Special Sale Policy

  • Only size exchange will be applicable in such cases.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds except in cases where a defective product is returned and replacement is not possible.
  • For prepaid defective returns, shipping charges (both sides) will be deducted.
  • COD orders will receive a coupon code equivalent to the order value (after deducting return shipping charges) — valid for 90 days.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 business days after the product reaches us.

Exchange Shipping Charges

  • All size exchange orders will require the customer to pay both side shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • To cancel, contact us through the website’s contact form or email shukranafashionmarketing@gmail.com.
  • Prepaid cancellations will be refunded to the original source. COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Cancellation by Shukrana Fashion

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to:

  • Stock unavailability,
  • Pricing or product errors,
  • Security or fraud concerns.

In such cases, the amount (if prepaid) will be refunded, and the customer agrees not to dispute the decision.

  • No Return or Exchange request will be accepted over WhatsApp / Instagram DMs.
